Refund Policy
14-day no-questions-asked refund on your first Pro subscription. After that, prorated refunds for service issues. Email us anytime at tokeneyezofficial@gmail.com and we respond within 1 business day.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you subscribe to TokenEyez Pro for the first time and decide it's not for you, email tokeneyezofficial@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase. We'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
This 14-day window applies only to your first Pro subscription. If you previously subscribed, canceled, and re-subscribed, the new period is treated as a continuation and is subject to Section 2.
2. After the 14-day window
By default we don't issue refunds for partial months — your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period and then renews or ends based on your cancellation. However, we will issue a prorated refund in the following cases:
- Service unavailability: if TokenEyez core functionality is broken for more than 3 consecutive days and we are unable to fix it within that window.
- Billing error: if you were charged in error, charged for a period you did not authorize, or charged twice for the same period.
- Account closure by us, if we close your account for reasons other than violation of our Terms of Service.
- Material adverse change: if we make a substantial reduction in features that meaningfully affects the value of your subscription.
3. Top-up packs (one-time purchases)
Top-up packs (Small / Medium / Large analyse credits) are non-refundable once any portion of the pack has been consumed. If a top-up pack was purchased and zero analyses have been used from it, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time via:
- The Paddle Customer Portal, accessible from your TokenEyez extension popup or web dashboard
- By emailing tokeneyezofficial@gmail.com with your subscription email
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain Pro features until that date, then are downgraded to Free. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund — refund requests are separate and follow Section 1 or 2.
5. Annual plans (when offered)
Annual subscriptions are eligible for the 14-day full-refund window of Section 1, just like monthly subscriptions. After 14 days, we issue prorated refunds of any unused full months at the equivalent monthly rate (not the discounted annual rate). For example, if you cancel an annual subscription after 5 months, you may be eligible for a refund of the remaining 7 months at the monthly Pro rate.
6. How refunds are processed
All refunds are issued by Paddle.com Market Limited (our Merchant of Record) and typically arrive in the originating account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time. The refund returns to the original payment method used for the purchase. We are not able to issue refunds to a different payment method or to a different person.
Refunds for taxes (VAT, sales tax, etc.) are processed automatically by Paddle in accordance with the relevant jurisdiction's rules.
7. Free tier and demo features
The Free tier is, and always will be, free of charge. There is nothing to refund. The 3 daily prompt analyses on the Free tier are part of the Free tier — they are not "trials" of a paid feature and do not trigger any refund obligation.
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, your TokenEyez account will be suspended pending resolution. We strongly encourage you to email us first — we resolve almost all billing concerns within one business day, often immediately.
9. Disputes and appeals
If a refund request is denied and you believe the decision was incorrect, you may appeal by replying to the denial email with additional context. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to Paddle's customer-support process or, if applicable, to your local consumer-protection authority.
